Description: Having previously defined the skills and practices that represent beacon-worthy design leadership, how might we now make it easier for design leaders to comprehend and build the necessary skills to support their teams? By developing a unified set of benchmarks to limit arbitrary uniqueness in expectations and develop an implementation roadmap to ensure adoption.
